Delete account — TrendySum

The fastest way is from the app itself

Open the game, tap your picture at the top left and choose Delete account. Deletion happens at once and goes through nobody.

We will ask you to type your own name. That is a guard against a stray tap, not bureaucracy.

What gets deleted

the profile: in-game name and the link to the platform
every round played and every word found
the points, the cosmetics bought and the invitations
the notifications and the ranking history

Deletion is final. We cannot bring an account back, and a new one starts from zero.

What stays

The request itself — the name, the contact address and the note. Kept for 12 months so that carrying it out can be evidenced.
A name taken away by moderation stays locked in a shortened form so it cannot be taken again. Everything else goes with the profile.

If you have already removed the app

Then use the form below. It does not delete straight away, and the reason is safety: a profile is known by its device, and over the web that cannot be proven. A page that deleted by typed name would let anyone delete somebody else's account. So the request goes past a person, within one month.
