A lock with discs: exactly one word runs through them. You are measured on how few moves it takes.
How it is played
- The lock is a row of sections of discs. Exactly one word from the dictionary runs through them — that is guaranteed, not hoped for.
- You spin a section and let it go. Letting go is the move.
- The right letter clicks and the section stops for good, like a pin under a pick. A wrong one is only marked as tried.
- You are scored on how many moves it took. A new ladder every day — and the next lock only opens once you have opened this one.
